"When we decided to replace our windows we visited a number of showrooms for a consultation and to see the windows they supplied. When we visited Carlson Windows we met James, who provided excellent customer service and advice, as a result we ordered our windows from Carlson. From the moment we stepped into the showroom to the installation and completion of the job, we can honestly say, Carlson is one of the finer companies we have dealt with over the years. "Just had a front door installed by Carlson and I found every stage of the process easy and professional. We called in to the showroom and ordered our door from Michael who was extremely helpful. Another lovely member of the team called out and measured up in great detail and he again was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about their product range. On the day the door was fitted there were 2 fantastic guys who did a superb job. Their attention to detail was a joy and not only did they leave the place spotless, but they had taken such good care removing the old door that there wasn't even a mark around the door. The quality of the door and the fitting really is 5 star and I'd happily recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!"

"I couldn't be happier with the service and product I received from Carmel Daly and all the team at Carlson! From beginning to installation, Carmel was incredibly supportive, helpful, experienced and professional throughout - which is was you need when making such big (expensive!) decisions. She was always on the end of the phone to answer all questions & ultimately helped us turn our far away vision to a reality. Michael Foley was also very accommodating when it came to making exact measurements of the openings - incredible attention to detail which made the installation of all windows and doors a dream, which is the most important part of the entire process. The installers - David & Dermot - were very experienced, polite, tidy and professional too. My builder, with 25 years' experience, commented that they were the best installers he'd come across in a long time. I was strongly recommend Carlson and the team for their products and customer service (before, during and after installation). Worth every penny and some! Thanks again"

"I have no hesitation recommending Carlson. Every single person we dealt with was thoroughly professional and helpful right from the first day we stepped in the showroom. Everything arrived on time and was installed with minimum fuss…not even one single tile broken. Considering we had every window and external door replaced I still find it amazing that I was able to WFH and wasn’t disturbed by the installation. Every small detail was looked after. Very neat workers who took their time to install things properly. I got real comfort from the fact most of the crew had worked together and with Carlson for 15 years plus. That alone speaks volumes. The quality of the product is first rate and the improvement in the level of comfort in the house since installation is incomparable to the double glazing we had previously. Despite being more expensive than other quotes we got I am so glad we decided to go with Carlson in the end."

"Am I happy with Carlson windows and doors? Absolutely! Being a bit of a nerd, I spent a long time researching the available scientific data on heat retention, costs, benefits, testimonials with a questioning attitude and a dash of skepticism.
The final decision was made when I spoke to two home owners with personal experience of Carlson, and saw for myself the finished product years after installation. I was very impressed by the knowledgeable salesman, no pressure tactics, just answered our questions in a straightforward manner. He didn't over-promise, but his colleagues certainly delivered, on time, on budget and with minimal disruption to our busy family.
The team doing the installation, took an obvious pride in their work and the company they work for. I enjoyed several mugs of tea with the team; they were clean, tidy, hard-working, reliable, efficient, unobtrusive and professional.

"I wanted to let you know about the great job that they did. I was very pleased with the way they put in the windows and finished everything off very neatly inside and out.
A lot of my windows had tiles right up against the old window frames. I was expecting to have some repair work needed after the new one were put in but they were finished even better than I was expecting. All windows were finished really well, all internal woodwork looks very well and all that’s needed is repainting.
They worked late on the last two evenings to ensure that all was done before we went on holidays. I offered to finish the hoovering to allow them to head off a bit earlier on the last day but the guys insisted on completing it themselves.

We are all quick to complain when something goes wrong, so it’s great to acknowledge a very professional job well done!"
